Now it’s been weeks and it still won’t load. I can’t play at all. I love this game. It’s so much fun. But for the past few days it won’t load. I’ve done everything I can think of and it still won’t load. It acts like it’s going to but then shuts down. I was going to contact app support but it says it’s a phishing site. Please help

I love this game and play multiple times we da. Bu for the last few days the app closes automatically before it can fully load. I have restarted my phone multiple times and also reinstalled the app multiple times.

I’ve been playing this game on and off for a few years. I paid a few years back to not have ads. I redownloaded the game yesterday to get blasted with a subscription to not have ads. I exited out of that and went to restore the purchase and there’s no option to restore the purchase I made several years back for no ads.

I gotta give you a 0 guys. First I pay $9.99 for this game. Wrote to you because I couldn't restore my game. You told me game is free now so nothing to restore. Okay. WHY ARE YOU NOW CHARGING $9.99 For this game? I believe you ripped me off and you are probably one of many. How disgraceful!! Your game is in the garbage!!!!!!!! Since the last update, it requires several hits on the play button before game modes load up. Very annoying!

I love this game on my Samsung, but on my Apple, ads to buy the game’s “Booster Packs” pop up intentionally timed to ruin any strategic drops I try to make (and ruin the game). If they want to make it a paid game, then go ahead and do that - but if I have to sit through ads (which are MUCH longer on Apple than on the Samsung), don’t make it impossible for me to play!

An update was just done that supposedly “fixed” some software bugs and I now have only 20 coins when I previously had over 1150!! I hardly call this improvement. I hope the developers can fix this or get back to me because I’m really upset.
