“Began to dust” is listed instead of “Begin to dust” or just “Start Dust Removal”. There aren’t any descriptions of what some things mean, like “Depth Clean”. What makes that different versus regular clean? There is only one voice option for English. The Robot says “I a-m here” instead of “I’m here” or “I am here” when using the “Find robot” option. The main issue is that it loses the robot connection constantly.

I’ve had many, many robotic vacuums and this one clean the best by far. It does have significant mapping issues though. I have a large floor air return it runs over and gets stuck and I have coffee tables with curving legs it wedges itself under and get stuck. Despite a year of use and it getting stuck in the exact same places every use, it never learns to avoid these places. Disappointing because every “smart” robotic vacuum I’ve ever owned, including the now 20+ year old Electrolux Trilobyte could make that adjustment. Laresmart needs to improve their software and this would be the best of the best.

The app seems to work fairly well. As noted in other reviews, it isn’t particularly intuitive and I usually have to poke around a bit to find some things such as adding virtual walls. App wish list: 1. Ability to remap individual rooms 2. Ability to zoom in more Mapping works well and you can easily see what the vac has mapped. Once the initial vacuuming is complete, The app automatically determines what rooms/common areas and clusters them together. These are fairly easily split up or combine if it guesses incorrectly or you prefer to have more or less resolution on your map. Update oct, 2022 - dropping to 3 stars. after a couple of months, I have noticed a few other issues with the app. 1. Loses connection to the vac if the app is closed on iPhone. Have to go through full reconnection procedure to get it to connect again. 2. When initially mapping the house, the vac may skip some areas. After that, it will ignore that area forever unless you remap the whole house. I contacted customer service on this and didn’t get a very good answer except to wipe the map and redo from scratch. The first time, it skipped about 1/4 of one room and another completely. The second time it was the corner of a different room (although it did pick up the previously missed areas). I haven’t bothered to try it a third time.

The app could be improved so that it actually works as it was design for and it could do more. The maps of the house disappeared once I choose the function clean on the spot. I had to start again and I will not use the spot cleaning function again. Today nothing in the app works, it’s frozen. It shows the items but when pressing on start, nothing happens. The cleaning schedule have disappeared. The notifications do not work unless you have the app open and even then they are not precise. Would you please check the app and improve it? Thank you

App does the job but map editing was a bit wonky and some settings are not permanently saving. For example, when I set the vacuum timer to cleaning position designated rooms, it looks like it saves but if I reopen the schedule it reverts to housecleaning full house. I would really like that fixed because I don’t always want the full house done. Initial setup was fine and so far the vacuum is doing the job well.

This should give you a clue how bad this app is for a robot vacuum/mop; it is found under health and fitness. Not user friendly or intuitive. PS there are no company videos on how to use the vacuum or how to use the app.
