When you complain you talk to a bot and not a real Human, they Got the worst customer support, the developers are greedy and its a pay to win game.

My state is full of trash talk, insult and stolen accounts. Almost entire state asked support for help to block stolen accounts, they refused to do anything, game is full of unfixed errors and bugs. New states opens in a constant stream spreading players way to thin, so states become dead within few months, just not enough players. New features comes out extremely fast now, so its impossible to keep up for moderate spenders. This game was once a good place to hang out, now its full of hate speech, trash and devs that dont care anymore. Stay away.

Hi 👋🏻 I read some of the complaints here and thought i would give my opinion too. So yeah the game is not as you might think when you watch the trailer, true. But it is so much more than that. Its a game of strategy, teamwork and a cool community with awesome people/friends that helps eachother in solve problems, fights and events. And yes it is true that you Can use money to get bigger/stronger but that doesnt mean that you cant have a Nice gaming experience when not using money. I have 3 bases in State 801 and have been playing for 3 years now, i have used a little money on my first base but not the other two and Im still having a fun time. You Can get a ton of rewards, diamonds and rss by playing the game right on the right days. And all i have meet have been very friendly to help me learn the game. This game could have been good. You can play for free, but then you will have absolutely ZERO chances in this game. You are fighting against mostly Chinese players who literally spend THOUSANDS of dollars EVERY month. I played this game for 3-4 years now, and believe me. It’s only getting worse. The gap between you and the spending players just grow bigger and bigger. So go and play, but just know that unless you spend A LOT of money, you will actually grow weaker and weaker, the higher your level goes.

You have to spend loads of money to win. And every month there is a new add on that gives spenders a huge advantage. You get some free stuff, but unless you spend loads of money you are screwed. The developers say you can play for free and an alliance can help you. But unless you spend no top alliance have room for you.

I have never played a game with this many bugs and is so confusing. And it’s almost impossible to get anywhere in this game without using real live money.

Dont play this game if you are looking for a "Free to Play" game! LSS definitely is NOT free to play! U can download it for free, but if you want to play and have fun you need to invest ten thousands of dollar! Want heroes? Need money Want new troops? Need mones (every 90 days the tech for it is reset and u need to spend from ZERO!) Want parts? Need money Want migrate? Need money Everything u can do without money is chat and farm, so I'd suggest to play Farmville, it's way more fun 💁🏻‍♀️

In the beginning, I got hooked, but after playing for a long time, it has become more and more clear that the game is build, mainly in how much money you spend. Furthermore, it’s also so ridiculous obvious that it’s a Chinese game, bringing benefits to Chinese people mainly. This becomes clear when they match different alliances with other alliances during world battles, where the developers makes sure to give the strong Chinese alliances weaker opponents so they can dominate everything. My advice is to stay away from this game and find games, not owned by Chinese. And this has nothing to do about racism, but match fixing should never be tolerated!
