Latitude App

Given this is specifically designed as a travel card it’s probably the worst overseas experience I’ve had of any credit card and app. I am constantly challenged for 2FA (even on a $15 spend). And the only way you can validate this? Your Australian phone number. Like most people, I don’t travel on my AU sim but a local one. The result is you can’t use this card for anything but tap and go. Luckily I have a couple of other cards (which, notably, you can clear 2FA via email or in app) so this one is essentially a spare in case I need to tap and go for €20 😂

Clearly this app is set out in such a way to confuse users into thinking they aren’t paying much interest

$35 late fee is a little ridiculous especially if you are in front. Charge a $10 fee a month but do not send any information or notifications to notify you have missed a payment!

Couldn’t do payment on due date because app wasn’t working

I can’t login to the app, it’s says error and please contact latitute. I contacted the customer service they can’t help me either, told me to use the browser to login. Doesn’t give me other solutions. What’s the point of the app then? I hate using the website version on my phone. This issue need to be fix asap. Otherwise it’s a useless app.

Not only a great credit provider, the app is also now provides a seamless, easy to navigate experience. From accessing your account information to knowing your balances and making payments, no app has come close enough to close to perfect… This app is as good as the name.

Makes it so easy to keep track of my payments rather than having to use a computer. The function of both the next minimum payment and payment to reduce further interest are great!

Easy to use and simple, so it makes it easier and faster to do what you need to do, such as making payments and checking your account to see how much money is left.

App is ok and easy to use. Only down side is that you got to make the minimum payments before you can allocate individual payments to different purchases.
