The app doesn’t work to create an account so how can I take part of the system is broken. I filled it out and it doesn’t recognize my touch to press the create account button

Ordered a card from my nephews fundraiser. Signup doesn’t work. It’s quick to tell you you made a mistake but once you have everything confirmed, the “create account” button won’t work. App support link is broken. Tried to request link by entering phone number and I get “oops, sorry, something went wrong”. What a waste. If you are asked to purchase for a fundraiser, just donate.

I bought coupons to support my local High School. It comes with this terrible app. I bought the same a few years ago, but could not remember my account credentials and could not create a new one because it recalled my phone number and therefore required account recovery. But recovery functionality does not work. It’s one of those deals where you request a recovery text that never comes. And a recovery email that never comes. And there is no way to update the email address associated with your phone number. And then in order to use the app you have to deposit money into it when you buy from a vendor? As bad as this software is I would never trust it with my money. I am going to have to report this to the High School and let them know they should find another way to do fund raising.

Keywords don’t work, just spins. Can’t log in with new codes, button codes don’t work, terrible application!

Keyword doesn’t work, so it’s very hard to find the coupons if you need to scroll over 200 + businesses to find what you are looking for, please fix it.

Get things on this won’t disappoint

In app sign up process doesn’t work. App support link is broken. No customer service number provided My purchase of Launchback school fundraiser is unusable due to broken sign up process. No way yo get my problem resolved. Would have been better to make a donation to the school rather than deal with frustration from Launchback. Very unhappy customer!

This will not let me open every time I try it give me a code to validate and the codes don’t work

Great app really love it.

This might be the app I have most struggled to use. Signing in was a mess, can’t use Apple recommended password because that’s too long, and doesn’t copy the multi factor authentication correctly. Then, if you’re actually able to use the app, it takes forever to search and sort discounts. It doesn’t work most of the time. Then, if you can actually find the discount you’re looking for, there’s nothing that tells the vendor what to do besides “this coupon exists!” This app is messy and the idea is poor, especially since many places do not honor the coupon without a QR code or discount code.
