1) It would be nice if you can return a call from the same number we text from. 2) When potential hot leads text back an image its not supported and you wont get it. 2 poor qualities that would be very nice if they were added.

This app is not great. Why can’t I change any settings within the app? I have yet to figure out where to do any changes at all. This app definitely needs improvements. It’s frustrating.

Doesn’t notify you when you have text messages. Which is very inefficient and causes me to respond slower to the texts.

The app is not showing anything I have in my inbox.

The app is pretty simple and that helps. But, it is a little too simple. I’d like to be able to filter inbox by status for example.

Need more response functionality in the mobile app.

Hey, broker here in Nevada. Signed up to the platform about 3 weeks ago. After weeks of instruction from their team to do the proper things to get started texting, I had no luck getting registered to text. I’ve been asking for a refund for a week now, but instead, I get dispatched to customer service instead of just being refunded my money. Before you start with Launch, ask if your website or page is 10DLC complaint before you pay them $500, $1000, or $1500. They’re quick to sign you up, and slow to refund/cancel your membership. Wouldn’t recommend, and I doubt I’m getting my $ back at this point. We shall see. If I can’t use the platform after paying you to initiate, simply just give me my money back? 😕

Only thing missing is it only pings you for hot leads and drips. Ideally it would ping you for all incoming messages

Doesn’t work at all. Only shows a message or two that is super old and nothing even close to current. Have to use the desktop to check for new messages.
