I tried many times to add my payment but it’s not working

App is a piece of garbage and doesn’t work. It forces you to log into the stores wifi while you put your credit card info, super safe. If you’re desperate enough to do that anyway it just doesn’t work. Constant “unknown errors”. Waste of time.

First day I had the app, I loaded funds effortlessly and am still using those funds. However, I had to change the card I was using to load additional funds, and now it will not accept not only the new card, but ANY card I try. I keep getting the same invalid message. I’ve also received no help from “customer service” (a phrase with less and less meaning anywhere as time goes on). The attendant at my laundromat was terrific in trying to solve the issue, but admitted it has been a problem for more than one patron. I’ll just bring cash from now on.

I never have cash on me and to withdraw from an ATM is expensive between the ATM fee and your banks additional fee. Also the laundry wants us to use quarters! Very annoying. This app is convenient for those reasons. But $15 is to high a minimum. It should be whatever I want to load. I happen to live 2 mins from the laundromat so I usually wait at home for the cycle to finish. It's very inconvenient that I can only use the app on the laundromats WiFi. But at least I get a reminder alarm 5 mins before the cycle is finished. Also I like the fact the my washes earn points. Only been to the laundromat 3 times now and I earned enough for a free dry cycle. So I'm going to keep using this laundromat and this app until the grand opening discount ends. Then probably just go back back. Because this one does charge more for the dryer.

Stole my money

This seems like a big design flaw. If you leave the laundromat’s wifi network you can’t check the status of your wash. How stupid is that?

The person or persons behind this app are stealing balances and deleting rewards points. I am reporting to apple. They don’t answer emails. It’s time to get these people for FRAUD
