Great…when it works.
First day I had the app, I loaded funds effortlessly and am still using those funds. However, I had to change the card I was using to load additional funds, and now it will not accept not only the new card, but ANY card I try. I keep getting the same invalid message. I’ve also received no help from “customer service” (a phrase with less and less meaning anywhere as time goes on). The attendant at my laundromat was terrific in trying to solve the issue, but admitted it has been a problem for more than one patron. I’ll just bring cash from now on.
