Missing the trials folks , plz fix

The app only opens for 1 second. Also, I tapped on App Support and there’s a bunch of error messages on the web page. Why now during the trial of the decade?!!

I don’t understand, A month ago I went and paid for an entire year subscription since I love following live trials and documentaries. Only to find out that it hasn’t put out content since March 2022. It’s January 2023. The content that does exist is literally a handful of videos that are extremely low in quality and production. They don’t have old trials or complete trials, their live show is brief and college level production. It’s as if it’s been abandoned and they’re still tricking people, like myself, into thinking Law and Crime Daily would be you know up to date, even their specials are misleading and pretend to be a film and it’s just trial highlights. It really feels like I’ve been conned.

Impossible to navigate on Apple iphone and Apple TV. No menu. Just live stream.

This app is nothing like your website. What a waste of money. And it’s a shame too cause I really like your website coverage.

Got on for the Depp/Heard trial and enjoyed it so much I signed up for the Premium service. What a disappointment!! I can’t load anything. The login doesn’t work 99% of the time. Total waste of time and money. Cancelled subscription.

I was so excited to find this app. Downloaded and subscribed to the premium service. Have had nothing but a terrible experience. The app is very buggy. Login is successful MAYBE 50% of the time. When I am logged in, I can’t access the premium content and instead just get stuck in this never-ending loop of “Sign-in”…”Get Access”… nothing works!!! So disappointed and will definitely have to cancel my subscription if this is the experience I will have.

I paid for a subscription but I still can’t view any of the content. I’ve emailed them for help several times and have gotten no response.

First whoever choose angles for the live feed needs some retraining. Trying to watch the Depp trial and they never showed evidence that was published. I’d switch to another network and there it was. The app brings up no results searching for Depp even though the verdict isn’t in. I’ve created an account and signed in repeatedly and it just keeps asking me to sign in. No obvious was to follow a trial and get the supposed push notifications that are mentioned. Every part of L&C is a mess.

Please help me cancel my subscription I tried and tried to email. The email fails . That is the worst app I have seen that won’t allow you to cancel
