Horrible service! Do not use lawn love. Work never done and charged after they claimed to cancel service! What a scam!!!!

It’s a scam app

I received a mailer for the Lawn love app and signed up. Initially, I was matched to a pro and they came out one time. After that, the pro stopped responding and no showed multiple times. I tried to change the pro and cancel the service, but there is a three cut minimum. The app showed I had an active pro but it turns out they had notified Lawn love that they could no longer service my location, but the app never displayed that information. When I try to cancel the service, I just received an error message. in the end, my Lawn became overgrown and I would highly recommend not wasting your time with this app.

This is great because if a q crew can’t make it out for some reason, they find another to take care of your yard. Consistency and good work are here with lawn love

I’m so glad that I found Lawn Love. In the past it’s been hard trying to find a reliable person to mow my grass. Now that I discovered Lawn Love I have peace of mind now. The guy comes to mow my yard and the commitment is built into Lawn Love’s service model. It’s been a great experience so far.

Horrible app & service. Crew doesn’t show up or, most recently, shows up and then leaves without doing any work. Quality of work from each mow os incredibly low. Wanted to cancel after first mow but they get you with a 3 mow minimum.

This company is very professional and provides a high-quality service. I have used them for a year now and would recommend their service to anyone.
