Can’t even reload the job u press can’t even open by the time other company took it . Freezes a lot . Keep getting notifications can’t even open them takes a while to open then crushes and reload again . Fix so many bugss

Crashes. Too often. Prices are well below market for it to be any way profitable. Overgrowth cuts aren’t paid out correctly and you have no way to what the additional cost is. If you want cheap clients for even cheaper pay this is your app Better off door knocking and gaining clients organically. Cut the middle man out

When using the app to either complete jobs, upload pictures, or claim jobs the app is so laggy you will literally miss jobs. My app is up to date and it’s not service signal issue. Has been this way for awhile now. It’s a good platform to help start businesses out but the lagging issues are terrible.

Pics don’t upload right. Lags hangs up and sloooooow. I had to get on the home Wi-Fi to get one job turned in. I’ve only completed 2 mows on the app. It’s excruciatingly painful to use it for anything.

A lot of ppl are saying that they are scams good thing I didn’t put my information yet

I worked for this app about for one month and this app is literally a scam. They are stealing my identity. They are using my Social Security card for other things. Please do not do this app. This app is a scam. Everyone listen to me also they are very very rude customer service very non-helpful. They tried telling me that I didn’t work and I’ve cut over 60 houses and they owe me about a few thousand dollars of work they’re not paying me they kick me out their platform they permanently suspended me all I said was why am I not receiving my money and then they started harassing me.

Long story short, app failed, customer had lawn cut by other app and now I’m not getting paid for a 50 min drive and for a $30 job that I completed

Never sent me a text to finish my sign up as a provider. Can’t find a customer service number.

They never pay the over grown fee they tell you to summit request and continue to do the work so they pretty much get you to do double the work and you never hear back not just that they pay use the ones actually the hard work the minimum then they charge us $30 per customer I understand a fee but $30 PER CUSTOMER IS OUTRAGEOUS let’s not forget that the charge you for getting a tip as if they didn’t already charge enough…
