Loved this app to plan my feed but it keeps cjsnging unnecessarily. I now need a business account to be able to see my feed not just what I plan. Not very helpful especially when I technically do have a business account but it’s classed by UNUM as a personal!

used to be great a couple years ago, now you constantly have to refresh your account or re-login to instagram. also constant pop-ups about upgrading to premium is so annoying.

I have used this app for years but I think it’s finally time for me to let it go. It is SO buggy and constantly freezes and then crashes on me. It takes me forever to perform even very simple tasks like dragging images around or swapping posts. Disappointing as I use it everyday but I just don’t have the patience anymore.

Claimed lifetime membership only for them to remove it later. I have it in my apple purchase history so don't deny it.

I used this for years! It used to be great. I can’t even login now without the tokens expiring and it getting buggy. Weird. Cancelled subscription.

I’ve used unum for many years and it’s never been worse than it is now. It used to be a straightforward app I could use to plan my Instagram posts but now it is unusable: constantly glitching and full of paywalls. I wish there could be a basic version of the app where you could simply see your upcoming posts and with the ability to use a few tools like cropping, without all the options of filters, scheduling, etc. I understand content creation is more popular and lucrative than ever so it makes sense why the app would introduce so many paywalls and payment plans but it is disappointing as a long-term average Instagram user (I just like my feed to look aesthetically pleasing for myself) to be faced with constant pop-ups and payment options, especially when it is so glitchy. For over a year now, the app has also made me log back into my Instagram account every single time I open it rather than remembering the account, and then won’t even sync, it will just show my potential uploads rather than my existing feed. It also constantly reshuffles my photos, both existing and planned ones, so I can’t even use the app as intended. I wish my phone didn’t auto-update apps and I could restore an older version of this app, back when it actually worked. Unfortunately the current version of the app is just unusable for me and think that after eight years of use I will be deleting it.

If this worked as it should if would be a very useful app/website. The app would not link up with another user after paying for the upgrade and whilst being polite, support was sporadic and of no help at all. I asked for a refund and was not given one. The website and app continue to have bugs.

I didn't like the way this app was set up at all. In fact I found it difficult and confusing to use and it was badly set up... this is just my personal choice but that's how I felt when I saw or tried to use this app. It seemed to kind of didn't know where it fitted. If people find a use for it, I couldn't see that... I didn't even use it for more than half an hour before I deleted it. There's no need to send me a developer response because I really don't care because I won't ever use it again. Also your subscription fee is too high. There is no way I would even pay £5 a year to use this when there are better apps out there that I can use for free.

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now. I used to plan all my posts everyday working with the grid. Despite there often having to log in though Instagram I used to just deal with it or the being a glitch as it was a free platform I put up with it. Sadly with their recent update. I now cannot plan to add a single post to plan my grid, or even edit anything as I have used up my “25/25” uploads. Which never used to be a thing, I get a prompt message to upgrade to unlimited uploads for £9 a month!! And the same if I want to edit a photo!! An absolute joke, for all the re-logins and crashes I would never pay this. App deleted.

Been using this app for about 8 years give or take and I’m now being asked to pay to be able to upload more media to plan my posts (on the free version) This has never been restricted before and there is no way to clear my media to make space to upload more. Disappointing
