I have requested a return as the shoes I bought was fake! I have wasted my time waiting for them to revert to me for updates as I felt bad that they are allowing this store to scam customers. It was mentioned that customer will get twice of the amount once their team confirmed that the item is fake. No update from them and suddenly tag the case as resolved. I’ll file legal case and report this to DTI.

My package has been lost and misdelivered to the WRONG HUB and for 2 WHOLE DAYS NO ONE FROM LAZADA LOGISTICS EVEN NOTICES WHAT A NEGLIGENT MISTAKE THEY MADE!!! If I hadn’t followed up repeatedly none of them would be the wiser. WHAT APPALLINGLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have never EVER experienced anything like this with SHOPEE. LAZADA JUST KEEPS FAILING AND FAILING SO MONUMENTALLY. —— They only have bots in their chats. No people. And because the bot doesn’t understand and LAZADA doesn’t care, I’ll just post my complaint here: Delivery person Carl James Ligaray Viladolid says he did not deliver my parcel due to laziness and even falsely reported to LAZADA that it was my fault for being unreachable when he never made any effort to “reach me” and even admitted he only used that as an excuse for his laziness. AND LAZADA APPARENTLY TOLERATES THIS.
Lazada is worst when it comes to Email responses and lack of customer service for those who are struggling for other concerns in Lazada. Worst ever.
Been using this for years and it always crashing. Well its ok for me, but now i cannot take it anymore. The customer service not working only bot. The wallet is not working and crashing too. The attempt for delivery is always cancelled!!! Worse apps ever. Just choose shoppe or shein much better than this annoying app
