The app has not been working since yesterday and I do not know what is wrong with it I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it’s still not working

I’ve still not been credited after 5 days despite paying since last week. Kindly look into this issue and reply your mails cause I’ve been sending them and you’ve been ignoring them, also don’t ask me to go to the bursary department because I have and nothing has been done.
