Every update is asking for 28 CHF; restore purchase is NOT working
Every update of this app is asking AGAIN for paying 28 CHF; and restore purchase is NOT working. No CS. Oh his app is very fishy and Apple should take a look into it. There is NO way I would pay 5-6x per year 28 CHF each update because that means the yearly cost would be close to 170 CHF and close to 2’000 CHF for 10 years !!!! I would then rather buy a paper version but NOT this scam company. Shame on your greed ! UPDATE ACCORDING TO DEVELOPER RÉPONSE 15 March 2022 1. It is the ONLY app with dictionary I use. Blaming customers is no-go business. I know this app for years when I purchased their licence at 15.- CHF at that time. 2. Pricing of this app is today at 32.- CHF instead of 28.- CHF. Yes yes. Increasing again. It must be the fuel or something else as their commercial strategy. I would publish on Internet a review with SCREENSHOTS and VIDEOS. See you there. #shameinpublic 3. I would give MINUS 20 to this app. There is NO mistake on my side. Again, not assuming failed invoicing is VERY fishy. Again, this is the only dictionary app, no other app, no different app. Read above and correct your business and your repeated invoicing tentatives. I notice this company is inviting now after several back and forth to go « private » and write them an email (yet, no such contact mention within the app in the first place). At the same time, I notice that public screenshots and reviews are more useful for all. FORTH UPDATE ACCORDING TO DEVELOPER RESPONSE 31 MARCH 2022. The answer of the developer Enfour for Longmann dictionary is AGAIN very far away of reality. I have this precise app, as proof I can give a review which is NOT possible if this app is not installed on IPhone. The fact this Longman dictionary has so many « developers » and IDENTICAL apps and logo is a proof of multiple « businesses » but only one owner behind.
