朗文當代高級詞典 (InApp)

Why couldn’t I use it after I changed a new phone. In app is not load and it showed failed. Could you please check it?

I purchased Ldoce+ a few years ago. It cost me more about 1300 NT $. It now shows nothing when I look up words in Dictionary mode. And when I checked bookmarks, everything was gone. Please help me with the issue.

Dear LDOCE Support Team, I’ve been a Longman Dictionary user in Vietnam for over 3 years. Recently, I moved to Taiper for Master Program. However, I suddenly unable to use LDOCE app anymore, the App Store keeps direct me to Oxford Dictionaries. Until I found in-app paid version and paid fee on Feb 2nd. But when looking up the word the screen is still blank. I’ve tried my best, I still can't use it. Please help me, and tell me what to do. Thank you

I have already spent money to buy this app again but it’s been not working recently. When I open App Store and search this app then the system says I haven’t bought it yet, then I thought maybe I should buy this app again (I did pay for it before!!!). After I clicked “buy” and pay for it I back to click the app again and input the vocabulary in the search box, but it’s STILL NOT working!!! What’s wrong with this app??? It’s scamming people to pay for it???

大概一月中左右 app變成可以在左欄輸入單字 但右欄卻空白 沒有出現相關資料

This dictionary becomes useless after the iPadOS updates. We are forced to pay more money to get it to work.

下載完按restore 跳出許可已過期 要回復原始版本，點到app store又跳出臺灣無該軟體已下架，國外商店不支援此地區，該如何解？

我已經付款購買，為何不能用？

在升級iOS 17.2後，原本會顯示的字典內容完全消失不見，唯一只有該單字抬頭，真不知道我是要把它刪除，還是要等它更新修正呢？

原於2017購買LDOCE+版本（應該是所謂的第五代），日前進入App無法使用，連結導向下載此更新版本（LDOCE6），並說明可以舊版用戶不用再次付費即可使用，結果無法回復內購授權（No License Found），按指示通過電郵[email protected]於2/18、2/21「兩次」請求協助後，至今2/28仍無回覆，至今仍無法正常使用此軟體功能，煩請協助回覆
