Simple/easy to use
Using it for a long time!
The current version of the app is fairly convenient to use for both transferring money among Leader accounts and checking on one’s account balances. The touch ID on the iPad app seems to work well, making logging on easy. There is just one problem, a big one: without any warning, during late night hours the balances shown in the app are at times not correct. Not even balances shown for weeks and months earlier are correct. The Bank has told me that this is a known failing of the app, but that they could not offer any solution to the problem, nor promise to issue any warning within the app, either only when the problem is occurring or as a general warning. Ugh. There is also a little problem. A couple of times now, after apparently accepting my fingerprint ID, the app just freezes with its spinning icon dispplayed. The only way I have found to get past this freeze is to kill the process and restart the app, which then works normally.
Very informative and easy to use. I have been a customer for a year now, and I only had to go into the branch once to do a wire transfer. Move, money, pay bills, and deposit checks, all online. All easy to do and very reliable.
Technically you can do everything you need to. However, does not do anything smoothly. Annoyingly needs you to login despite using the app recently.
The mobile deposit feature is awful. Tells you a deposit was unsuccessful and then turns out it was processed. As a result I was charged a fee for a check that was returned because I thought the deposit failed and I deposited to another bank. Completely awful.
I can’t express in remotely civil terms how much I resent having to change my password to something that is not convenient for me. Now I have find every devices I might need to access you site and re-login to update password there. This not really convenient for me right now. You’ve basically guaranteed that when I need to do something quickly in the future it will be a complete pain in the butt.
Constantly makes me reset my password if I make one little mistake entering it. The chat button covers the button that advances to older transactions when I’m trying to review them.
Easy. Love the face recognition feature.
