The way the app works is amazing, has you work at your own pace and doesn’t push you. The way it wants you to work together is a bit odd and old but sometimes u got to go with the old if it works better!

I liked the app until I completed the first course and now the second course won’t open. I would not recommend paying for this app until the developer fixes this issue.

Ahead of their time with this app. Instead of scrolling through social media, try some introspection and develop your leadership cache.

I thoroughly enjoy the tools and the methodology applied here from the folks at Leaderly. Being able to engage with content on a daily basis to help push my development forward as well as help our organization improve on their people development. It’s such an easy way to invest in yourself and your team.

With years in leadership and exposure to many development programs, I can say this is a truly unique and useful opportunity to learn.

This application is exactly what I was looking for for my team. The ability to cater lessons to your learning style is extremely helpful and there seems to be an endless amount of material. We are already seeing results!

As someone that’s worked on multiple teams across different large companies, there is no doubt that leadership development has been a part of every role. Most methods of leadership training are outdated and corny, but not Leaderly. The ability for users to have a unique track to completing leadership training is much more productive than having certain material forced on you to read by managers. Each user will have a more positive experience when reading articles that interest and inspire them at their own pace. I am planning on showing this app to my director to see if we can implement it in our department. I highly recommend looking into this.

This app does a great job at pulling together all the necessary resources for improving my leadership qualities. It has countless articles, videos, and surveys that are catered to me and the way I want to improve. It also keeps things relatively quick and to the point, so I can just jump on the app daily and not feel like I’m having to “deep dive” into every topic. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get ahead and become a better leader!
