Meal Plan can be built for several people according to their daily calories limits (e.g. 1800 or 2000 kcal). If you set your weight goal, Leaf-Menu will calculate the date when you can achieve it. You can plan to become fit till summer, wedding or other important date, without stress, about 0.5-1 kg per week.
For those who want to eat more healthy food with more fruits and vegetables, there is a feature to turn on the balance of plant food. So the app will create a meal plan for you with the desired proportion of plant food during a day.
It is a common situation that we find a recipe on the internet, but there are no ingredients in the fridge, so we need to spend more time searching or to go to the shop for those ingredients.
