The worst part about this service is that when the app doesn’t work, you can’t log into the website on your mobile device because it only redirects you to the app. Even if you request the desktop version of the website, it won’t load. The effective result is being unable to access my employment benefits if I don’t have PC access — including health insurance information.
Does not work
The app does not open when I log in. Works fine on a computer
Does not load after login have to reinstall every time
I have to keep deleting the app after every use and reinstalling it again as once you sign out it does not reload when you login again with credentials. Just get a blank page with league sign on top of the page. How do I resolve this. It’s a pain to download over and over again when you want to use it.
Useless product
I find this product totally useless from the perspective of a claimant. The customer chat merely reads out the information that is already provided on my health provider’s page, they are always unable to explain things that are not already explained by the health provider. I always end up having to contact Manulife to resolve all my queries. Unless there are benefits for my employer, it is unclear what the value proposition of League is.
Can’t sign in on mobile
My login requires a SMS TFA that is completed on the browser, but when in app, after i enter my credentials, it glitches and redirects me back to the login screen. I’ve tried this multiple times and an sure it’s broken, you need to fix it so that SMS authentication works on the mobile app
2 weeks+ for claim approval
What a shame. Customer service is doing all they can but claim approval takes 2 weeks, not a great experience overall
2 week wait times to get claim approved
League used to be good. Now their wait time is 2 weeks to get a claim approved. They really dropped the ball!
This is terrible, as when you buy an item you have to wait two weeks to find out if your claim will be approved. By that time you won’t be able to return it anymore, as you’ll likely have used it, in case your LSA doesn’t cover it…
Their approval time was 24 hours before…

Slow processing of claims
Processing of claims at minimum 10 business days which translate to half month. That’s the slowest so far!
Login broken
I cannot login to the app anymore. It just reloads to the login screen with no error message. If I login in a browser instead (still on my phone), it sends me a verification code which I entered. It then forces me to switch to the app which, as mentioned, doesn’t work.
