Leak Defense System

I love the protection this system provides, however I’m really struggling with the app. More times than not, when I try to access the app, it immediately times out and appears to give me an option to report an error, however nothing happens if you attempt to report the error. It just locks up the screen and you have to exit the app entirely. Please fix!

Despite having access points throughout my new home and outstanding internet speed (1GB), this app doesn’t work about 40% of the time. Thus, often when an alarm notification is sent to my phone, it can’t be silenced via the app. Instead a “Server Error” appears, with a suggestion to report the error…which does absolutely nothing. Were it not a requirement of my insurance provider, I would throw the entire Leak Defense system in the trash where it belongs. PS - customer support is worse than the app.

If I could give 0 stars I would. App itself is very slow to respond and alarm routinely goes on at 3am usually because a toilet is running.

This is a good app for controlling the Hydrosolutions Leak Defense system. The app permits one to remotely reset or turn on/off water to the house. However, It does not support Face ID. The app does not allow one to use long or complex passwords even though such passwords are acceptable when used in the website alternative to the app.
