Love the lean with Lesley app. Great selection of workouts. A good mixture of cardio and strength training. I away wanted to do more strength training but never knew where to start. Lesley classes were the perfect options for me and I saw results quickly. Ideal for busy people looking to fit in a quick effective workout

I love Lesley’s workouts… every workout is different & the time flys. A great mix of cardio & strength, you need minimal equipment (a mat & some weights) & space, and you really feel part of her live workouts. I also love the fact I can do it from home at a time that suits me, even if you miss a live workout they are all saved to do whenever you want.

I LOVE this app!! I have used it consistently for 2 & half years & intend to renew my subscription again when it is due. First off there are so many workouts to choose from you are never stuck for one, be it a quick 5/10 min to a 40min full body it’s ideal for every type. It is so easy to use, with so many additional extras, not just workouts. It is ideal for every level. It also offers live workouts a couple of times a week. Would highly recommend!!!

I have followed these workouts consistently since April.. different every day, never boring and always feel amazing (and wrecked) afterwards 😅!! I’ve never stuck at something for this long!
