It worked for about three weeks before it wouldn’t let me do anything without buying the pro version. I can’t even get my photos back.
Paid 34 dollars for a subscription. Once my slideshow was created the app would not let me share. The download would not pass 60% after multiple attempts. The contact us link on their app just keeps showing an error so I was not even able to contact for assistance. A waste of time and money.
There is no privacy policy in place when you click on the link. When you click for help, it says that the certificate is not safe and cannot be trusted when visiting their website the copyright hasn’t been updated since 2022. Even though the app is being updated, something doesn’t seem right legally. without a privacy policy in place (which is even referenced in the terms of agreement) I can’t trust where my data is going and what’s happening with my recordings. I feel this is unsafe to download. please publish your privacy policy so we could see the value of your product without fear

Could not export video. What is the point if the app cannot do that??
I tried reaching out to get this resolved but my app isn’t working to share videos for some reason.
$30 for the app that doesn’t work. :-( Getting an error message with the video export, which makes the app unusable. Been trying for over a week to get a hold of their support team through the ‘Contact Us’ feature - but no response. :-( Their status says “back online later today” but the message status keeps saying “not seen”. Money wasted.
