Leaprr - Trading Journal

When I first found out about Leaprr I was exited: amazing design, straight forward home page, possibility of setting the initial account balance (it’s surprising how many trading journals don’t let you set it) and many more features. The only thing that made me struggle a bit was how to properly insert and close a trade, but that’s because it’s slightly different from most apps. In fact Leaprr allow you to insert multiple entries (pyramiding) and multiple exits (partials) for maximum flexibility during your trading. These are the things that I really like and enjoy: 1. The design is absolutely well done and unique. 2. It is possible to enter multiple entries and exits. 3. The home page is well thought and straightforward, displaying a lot of useful info. 4. All the necessary stats are present, like total net PnL for multiple time ranges, average win vs average loss, win %, win/loss streak, green vs red days, total commissions, custom strategies, custom tags and many more. 5. There is a Monthly and a Daily calendar view to see the amount and the distribution of green vs red days/months and how much is the PnL in % gained for each of them. 6. The money required for the monthly and yearly Pro subscription are really competitive (some apps ask you to paid 400$ per year, against the 40$ of Leaprr, while the features offered are almost the same). 7. For any problem, doubts, question or request the support team is very responsive and kind. Now I will say what I don’t like and what can be added or improved: 1. Sometimes the server has problems and you cannot access to your account to see or modify the data. However these situations are usually solved within some hours and, from what I can see, the support team is really responsive. 2. The feature that let insert you payouts and/or withdrawals is not yet present in the app (hope that they will add it soon 🙏🏼). 3. There are no widgets. For example an equity curve, like the one in the dashboard, with some stats on the side would be nice to see on a IPhone home screen, however I know that this is not a priority like the previous 2 points.

It’s have been since a lot of time that I was looking for a good trading journal app in the App Store, but unfortunately the few present in in the store are not good, but days ago I found leaprr, the best trading journal app!! This app have all for a professional trader that look for a way to save and manage their trades, I recommend a lot!! 5 stars.

App is terrible no support for forex trading

First day on the app journaled trades, next day they were gone. Tried to sign out and back in, account was unable to sign back in. I assume it’s just a glitch, and I look forward to trying out in the future but for now I’m moving on.

This trading journal has every I need. Offers multiple entry and exit which is useful for day trading. Reviewing trades is easy. Good job.
