I SENT AN E-MAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICES EXPLAINING THAT THE APPLICATION IS NOT GOOD, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE APPLICATION WAS AN OLD VERSION. I TOLD THEM TO REFUND MY SUBSCRIPTION FEE. THEY SAID THAT WE CANNOT DO THIS, YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE APPLE STORE. IN FACT, THEY CAN DO IT. I CURRENTLY HAVE THE OLD VERSION OF THE APPLICATION AND A SUBSCRIPTION.

The lesson applications are very good. It is a good study for those with cochlear implants who are just starting to learn a language. But some speech sounds are distorted or too fast. You can't understand them clearly. Example: The sound “do you” sounds too combined. Like a loss of letter sounds.
