I am pleased that I discovered this app having already subscribed to Le Monde I needed to go back to basics and believe this French course will give me all I need to eventually become fluent I think it is worth every penny!

Does not work on iPad or iPhone

Very disappointed to see that the app crashes on all my iOS devices.

Very Good but very expensive

This is a very clever and well designed app to learn French. However, the costs for the full version is prohibitively high - over £50 per month or £250 per year?!? Sacré bleu!!!

Excellent way to practice French in short bursts. The stories are funny and motivating and the language points are well explained.

Good but over-pricey unless you make a big pre-payment

Lively interactive programme of short lessons with very off-putting price structure. They emphasise a headline rate of $22 dollars a month for 5 lessons a week but you need to pay 3 years worth up front to get that - it's over $100 dollars a month for pay as you go. I suppose they need the money to reward the online newspapers who seem to be their main marketing channel.

Frantastique app

So far I have only used the seven day free version, but I found this little app to be excellent. It combines video audio and text to tell a story which you are later tested on. I would thoroughly recommend this app to users who already have a little knowledge of French and wish to learn more in an engaging fashion.

Excellent app and excellent content

All lessons very well structured and followed up. The content of the lessons constantly updated and presented in very friendly manner with nice sense of humor. Each lesson is divided into 3 parts: follow up on previous errors/mistakes, then lesson itself and then few exercises on grammar and vocabulary. Only one remark: after a year and half only grammar part of the lessons disappear and, de-facto, only follow up and few exercises remain.

Impossible to cancel subscription

Very difficult to cancel a plan, impossible.
