Learn German with Seedlang

Hello,I am reporting some problems. I am a paid user, but everytime I open the app it asks me to sign in via email or apple id again. And today when I tried to study german the app was reset to the primary setting asking me to choose my level (beginner, new etc). I am very satisfied with the contents, however the app doesn't seem to work smoothly. Can you help?

I’ve tried lots of german learning apps but this app is the best to get used to german! I love it💕 But I have some errors. I have to login once or twice or even more every time I open the app. I feel so tired of re-login everyday… Except that, Seedlang is the best for german learners👍🏻

This is the most professionally produced language course app that I have seen. I have used Duolingo and some other apps but nothing like this. I love the actors and actresses, you will get to love them too. The only shortcoming for me is the limited number of “stories”, I wish I could watch more. Though that would mean more filming and a lot more budget and not likely…

I find this app well structured, with decent short clips on each and every words and decks. Definitely I will keep my passion lit with this wonderful app.

Unfortunately the app doesn’t work for me: when I try to open it, it closes itself and I can’t do anything about it.
