I like the app very much but I’ve updated the videos on my iPhone but they have not updated on my iPad why or do I have to pay for both?

Hi, I find it very strange and unreasonable to not be able to download the videos once bought the access to them. There are many places where I teach and reception is bad indeed. Seems to me that is a bit as a useless tool if you do not have internet. Any chance this can be sorted please? By the way, the enquiry form on your website crashes hence leaving this here. Thanks

please amend this app it has stopped working and therefore no use at all

I’ve been using this app for several years now and have been so impressed with it. About a year ago, the videos stopping working, unless I had a good Wi-Fi or mobile broadband connection, both of which are not reliable out on the road. Contacted support via Facebook I was told they would have a word with their developers and am still waiting, that was 8 months ago. Not very good customer service or worth buying at the moment.

I love this app but for some reason I’ve lost all sound. Please help!!!!

Would be a good app in theory but the sound doesn’t work. I will be requesting a refund.

Brought this app few year’s ago all was working fine 2days ago then sound went on all videos. So rebooted my iPad and now I have lost all in app purchases and asking me to pay again. I have tried to email but says there is an error

It’s a great app, I use this as a visual aid with my pupils as a driving instructor. Since it needs internet to work I have to connect my Ipad to my Iphone’s hotspot in order to connect the Ipad to the internet. It’s not a problem at all, but if I have poor signal the video clips won’t launch which is quite embarrassing. Since I paid for the full content not sure why I cannot store all the clips on my device. Could you make all the clips available to use offline if all content paid in full?

This is a great app with realistic graphics my pupils love it. The best video is the meeting traffic one. I turn the volume down and scroll through the video manually for my briefs. The problem I’m having with it is it now requires Internet to show the videos, so if you forget to use your phones Hotspot the video doesn’t start. Very embarrassing in front of a pupil. I’m sure it worked without the internet when I first bought it.

It’s absolutely useless! I paid for a course, just to realise it doesn’t explain anything at all.
