Calculation completely inaccurate!
Calculations are incorrect. Love the format and data, but the numbers are wrong. SMH 🤦♂️

This app is ok, it makes several calculations. What I loved in the previous app I used (LeaseCrunch, where did it go???) was a very simple + or - when you enter your mileage each time. For ex: a big giant +230 (and in red) let me know I was 230 miles over where I needed to be *that day*. This app only shows “your odometer should read xxxx” in small print if you scroll down on the screen (which isn’t obvious). Also, the Excess Mileage box should be relabeled Trending Excess Mileage because it shows your potential final excess, not your current excess (mine shows my excess is 8430 miles when there’s only 3500 miles on the car). Lastly, when you scroll down there is a line graph showing the mileage trend but you can’t press on it to get the actual number so it’s not practical. Hoping the developer will add a simple daily over/under at the top!!
Instead of having to maintain my own spreadsheet this does all the necessary calculations but with an easy to use UI.
Can’t add a new car or save changes to the existing one.
The calculation seems to be inaccurate… Even friends that I referred this to are noticing the inaccuracy.
The app give a ton of information if you are looking for what the end of your lease will look like. It would be a perfect app if they added the info in “real “ time meaning instead of it giving you at the end of your lease info it would give you how many miles you are over or under as of the date you update your miles. Like If I enter miles of 100 in the app it tell me my results as of today. You are over by 50 miles as of today. I like to know where I am in my lease while this tells me in three years what it will be assuming I drive the same miles (which my diving changes often) I have no idea as of today how manny miles I am over/under.
Bring back the “odometer should read” as it’s easy to know how much you’re over or under then. Stinks that the update killed my odometer readings. Not good for a paid app.
So, props to the developer for updating their app and keeping it fresh; HOWEVER, in the latest automatic update (99.9% of iPhone users have their apps update automatically), my four years of lease mileage data are gone. Checking the App Store reveals that the developer stated to export the data prior to upgrading. Unfortunately, this was never an option. Users just don’t check the App Store anymore prior to upgrading their apps. I would completely understand that perhaps the developer didn’t realize this, except that ethical app management dictates that you warn your users that a major upgrade is coming and data may be lost. Lease mileage isn’t a big deal - I’ll get over it. But to the app developer: unfortunately, you messed up. Your long-time users would appreciate a “mea culpa” here.
Been using the app for years and like it. Opened it today and ALL my data is GONE. Not happy.
