I downloaded this app only because it would have been pretty much illegal not to. A restaurant that I had been to got a case, but the only reason I know is because I gave my email to the restaurant. The app rarely sent messages to any of my friends and co-workers too, and when messages were sent about cases, they were always weeks if not months late. In addition, I had tried to include my recovery recited in the app in July of 2022, but the app didn’t register this until December after weekly attempts and many calls to customer service. I would also like to point out that the app activated the front-facing camera multiple times despite me not actually trying to scan anything. If there is ever another pandemic, give people the option to simply write names and numbers/email addresses as that was far more effective. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
