Horrible, convoluted user interface. Counterintuitive and not user friendly at all. Half cooked apps like this shouldn’t have been allowed in the App Store.

Las luces me dejaron de funcionar al tercer día de comprarlas, la app me estuvo funcionando súper bien, pero después no querían prender las luces, hasta hoy 4/05/2024 las luces no funcionan. Eh intentado muchas formas para poder lograr que prendan pero tampoco la app coopera.

This app, the connected lights, and the company are pretty much garbage. Don’t bother. Off to the landfill. Shameful.

It took me a bit to get my whip light installed from when I purchased them. Once installed the remote seemed to be working fine. I got the app and it worked once for me. I am unable to power up or off let alone change the lights. I’ve tried everything. Uninstalling the app to reinstalling to removing my device from Uconnect and adding it back. The problem is it’s not recognizing my device on Bluetooth. When it finally did, I still could do nothing on the app. I’m so disappointed the remote communicates when it wants to and the app doesn’t do nothing. Money wasted an paid 125.00 to get these installed to just have to buy another new set from elsewhere!!

My app for the leds changed ENTIRELY, then i looked for the app and found this which is the exact same as the way my led app was before and i’m so thankful to finally use my phone to control my lights again!!

The app works fine when you turn the led lights on. Before I got this app, I used a different one that was english at the start but was a different language later on. The lights were fine when I used it. When i got this app my lights would work but not the way i want it to. Whenever I would hit blue on the app, my lights would turn red, whenever i hit green, the lights would turn blue, and whenever i hit red, the lights would turn green, It did this for every color. Eventually it started to do that on my remote and I had to learn what color would turn what which got super annoying. Is there just something wrong with my lights or is it an app bug? I would also like to know if there is a way I can fix this because it’s SUPER annoying! Thank you for reading!

I bought Christmas lights for this app a few years ago. This year they will rarely connect and when they do only one of the three will connect. It used to work great. What a shame.
