Disappointing experience

I purchased a Philips Smart Wi-Fi LED light. Hoping to add some security with timed lighting but the bulb is not discoverable with my iPhone or Mac.

SCAMM

I canceled my subscription and I am continuing to get charged to my debit card. The company steals card information and try’s to take money out of accounts.

Shouldn’t need to buy subscription

I just want to use the light normally shouldn’t need to buy subscription for that. If I could send them back and they weren’t a gift I would.

Doesn’t load app

My app doesn’t load anymore. Only if I remove it and redownload it

I need you to fix your app or give me y 49.00 back it’s not far that you get to keep my money that’s not right you don’t get to keep someone’s hard earn money and not fricken fix your app

Price

This app is not free and when I stupidly paid for it I sent an email asking to cancel subscription and have not heard from them and my money has not been refunded. Also, another reason I didn’t like and wanted to cancel is that it was confusing and I was unable to get it to work.

AWFUL APP

This app stops working constantly, you will be forced to delete and re-install the app monthly if you are lucky. When you do will have to set everything back up, which is incredibly difficult and time consuming. Not to mention you have to pay for it, I’d highly suggest purchasing bulbs that do not require the use of this app.

don’t recommend

When i first got this app the subscription threw me off but i still used it anyway and it worked for a few months but then out of nowhere the app doesnt load whenever i connect my lights to it.

Horrible

No way I have to pay to use the app and to create a color when I’ve already bought the lights and paid for them in full. Probably going to return them and delete the app.

Have to buy subscription to use bulb

It says you don’t need a subscription but you can’t use bubbles without it!!!
