A while ago I left a 1 star rating for this app as it had gone downhill and was utterly unusable. I am pleased now to say that it is, once again, worthy of much more. It seems that it has had a much needed update and is my go to for booking a taxi. Pre booking is now available as is being able to leave a tip for the driver when paying by card. Tracking your taxi once it is dispatched is a useful feature along with driver’s name, number, car description and reg number. Lee Cabs has always had a good name and I have been pleased to use them for many years. I am glad they now have an app to match their service.

This used to be a good, useful and reliable app. Now however it is a waste of time, effort and space. Tell it where you want to go, select the time you want to go and click “Book now” and it crashes and dumps you back to your phone’s Home Screen. The only cure, until recently, was to delete the app and download it again, but now even that doesn’t work as it will not send a registration code to your phone despite multiple requests. I am now extremely tired of this so will be looking for another taxi company in future and taking my business there. Oh, and don’t even bother trying to ring them to book a taxi either because all you’ll get there is a robot that doesn’t understand a word you say to it. What has happened to this once excellent cab company?

Cab company has new owners and being skin flints they won't update the app !

I had to call them 5 times to ask where my driver was and each time they said he was 2 minutes away for 30 minutes! Such a liar.

Booked 6 seater plus luggage. What they sent was 4 seater with a big boot - unfortunately it wasnt big enough for 4 golf bags so we had one bag on our laps. One of our group had to be driven to station separately as there weren't enough seats. In addition it wasnt despatched until the time we had booked pickup. That meant it arrived 15 mins late which meant that we missed our train and nearly missed our flight too - absolutely useless!

Pre booked & pre paid for a taxi for 4.15 in the morning after a night out as the venue closed at 4. Taxi never showed up but was happy to take my money. Left me out in the street until gone 5am when they finally sent a driver after calling them 4/5 times to see what was going on. Really poor communication with the office, who were anything but helpful. I then had to pay again when the taxi did finally show up…. Even though it was a pre booked taxi which was paid for. Apparently the taxi turned up earlier than the time booked and left as we wasn’t ready…. Well… no because we didn’t book it for a earlier time. We booked for 4.15 for a reason? The customer chooses the time, not the firm. For goodness sake!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Never get a taxi from here there never available and when they are they are late or try to overcharge !!!

The taxi is either 20 min early and drives off in 30 seconds as you're not ready, or the taxi is 20 min late, which has been the reason for me being late for work and certainly for many other customers too. Furthermore, some of the taxi drivers can not drive properly and do not even know the location of your destination. I highly do not recommend this company and the only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because of the cheap price.

Awful customer service, first taxi was late even though it was “confirmed” hours before. Return taxi was cancelled, again, booked hours before. Not even a call to say, just so happened to check the website & saw, whilst waiting for the taxi. Before that we were told it would be 10 minutes… Wouldn’t recommend
