i can not belive that! for first time is ok but when i updat this app, can not be connect!!!

The first time I got this, it worked fine and connected to the app on IOS. There was an app update and after I did that, it never connected again. It connects to my phone so I receive notifications but it doesn’t sync time and phone data through the app so it’s useless as a watch.

The application good about the sports and everything but it misses changing the wallpapers of the Watch, we need to add some new wallpapers or edit it or delete it. So we need to make this available on your application.. Thank you..

can’t update watch firmware

Can’t bind the watch after 2 months of use. The watch get disconnected when syncing it with the app. This app maybe built by high school students not real developers

If anyone can tell me if this can be loaded on a tablet, please walk me through the steps, I had it once on tablet but it disappeared. Please help

Both my device and my iPhone show the device is connected. However the app keeps asking for a Bluetooth pairing code, which is supposed to be displayed on my device. The code isn’t displayed anywhere, so the app is useless. This worked last month, but something has changed which is now requiring this code. I’d contact the developer if the link for support took me to a page in English.

Favor arreglar este problema, no se sincroniza con IOS, solo con Android, favor actualizarla, ya que somos varios que no podemos utilizar app con IOS

First watch sleep would not register so they sent me another same thing too bad also no extra band available for watch plus watch only holds charge two hours no good

It can’t connect with iphone/ios at all. Why are you lying? I just went to 3 different smart phone shops, it can’t connect to any IOS, only to android.
