Login Problems

I linked my email to my game account now I can’t login anymore. If I had purchased vip this is how my money would have been lost. Please fix ASAP

Great graphics and nice gameplay am so glad it's not one of those games where u have no choice but to buy stuffs my only problem is the prices of things otherwise it's a great game

Like the game BUT

The game is really nice, just problem with participation in some activities where it freezes or can't enter like ice fire event. And there should be some expansion because there is nothing to do after you accomplish most of the missions

Account issues

Can't participate in plunder, game freezes, didn't get Easter event. The game is a no brainier except for this problems, only I seem to have. Please help and also please provide a way to talk to support when such issues arises. Thanks

I love the game

The game is super exciting and I love it. But I have a problem registering my account details with AppStore so I can't make purchases. And I really want to increase my VIP level please make VIP level accessible without purchase.

Can’t get into the first level

THE FIRST level. In the tutorial. It won’t load past exactly 21%, even after waiting for almost 10–15 minutes for it to load. I’ll be deleting the app until it gets fixed.

Can't even play the first level

the game gets stuck on 21% when I try to load THE ABSOLUTE FIRST LEVEL of the game. I've gone so far as to delete my account and the game to try and reset it, but to no avail. I can't even get past the tutorial, so why even bother??? (i played this game for YEARS, by the way, but for some reason my account got erased, and i had to make a new one. smh my entire head fr)

Bug

I recently started to play the game again. I’m okay with starting over, but the loading screens when going to a battle is…well it stays on 21 percent. Can you fix that?

Customer Service is TRASH…stay away from this game

Heed my warning; STAY AWAY from this game. Whenever you have an issue, NOTHING is done. The devs ONLY add things that can encourage money to be spent. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and cheaters. If you are a person, like me, that does spend to get things, DON’T do it for this game or anything from this company. When you have problems with your account, they won’t address it. Their excuse for never doing anything is demanding screenshots or videos(something you will never have but they can easily figure out). This game penalizes players with good accounts that beat players with higher battle ratings by “cheat” prompts when you win and not awarding your wins. Customer service gives only generic replies whenever you submit a ticket. I received - on many occasions - the same generic message sent to friends with totally different issues. My account has been messed up for months. They were deleting all of my problem tickets that I submitted. I started recording and screenshotting my customer service tickets to prove my tickets were being deleted once submitted. I received a new response saying that I should only submit 1 problem ticket. I can go on for days of how TRASH this company is. Heed MY WARNING: TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE that will appreciate it! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. You have been warned. ALL OF THEIR GAMES ARE THIS WAY!!!!!
