It’s a scammer organization, they will try to rob you in broad daylight. It took me 3 days to overcome their cynical narrative in the emails for charging me for a service I never used. Be careful!

Seamless entry and exit of the parking facility via a touchless experience
Park using the app for payment at parking facilities without barrier control
Park by scanning QR Code - barriers will open automatically at the entrance & exit

Simple parking experience when I was in Atlanta last week. Thank you.
Lack of Communication
I can’t get through any operator.. my timer for parking is counting and I’m not even parked there at the moment.
Auto Renew never auto
The Auto renew for monthly pass is never working. It will auto disable when you enable it ! And due to that it will charge you every time you went into garage ! This is overcharging I will report to Better Business Bureau
Issues with data connection
The issue with this app is that you can get stuck in the parking garage when it fails to connect the data signals
Horrible
I was charged 145 dollars and said i was in for two days. The new app is horrible
