I paid for the economy which is $79 and was told that when I filed everything on 02/07/2023 that I should expect to hear by 02/19/2023. Well today 02/08/2023 I was notified that everything had already been processed by my state (WI) and had everything set up. I did not choose to elect an RA or any additional add-ons. This was by far way easier and shorter than I thought it was going to take.

I agree with the negative comments on legal zoom. I’ve tried to use to for multiple services and they failed every time. Their website doesn’t allow any way to know why and all you get are requests to call them and when calling they offer no help. Time to contract the attorney general in their state as it seems they are mostly a scam that doesn’t accomplish what you pay for

Wouldn’t it be nice to operate a business that never provides anything but charges a premium. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

I actually got legal zoom on a web browser, the claim was I needed to use the service for creating an llc. After you purchase what you want through the service it’s nothing but sales pitch after sales pitch for overpriced products, and people I’ve contacted over the phone are as polite as a salesman should be but are very pushy to get you to buy more services and downright lie to you about needing them to try to get you to buy them. Not only that, information and forms I was given are filled with errors I thought were corrected by phone, i need to quit purchasing service related apps for stuff I can do on my own through the irs website. I thought this would save time but really it complicates things. Maybe if your company is getting over a 100k a year this service would be better suited for you.

After clearly using the correct password it won’t let me login with the app but I can through a browser. This app is aweful.

Let’s just say this company will have its day in court. Unbelievable.

App never updates.. Legal zoom itself is ok and makes it easy to get started.. But everything takes a while and but super expensive..

Our Past Experience with LegalZoom was great, we have seen other reviews. Our experience when we started was nothing like the ones we’ve recently seen and will be back to confirm more opening business transactions etc.

I agree with other negative reviews, this company never responded to my questions not to mention my business license. I have to deal with my bank to get refund. Don’t trust.
