Hi, please enable Siri Shortcuts support (Add to Siri) in the app. It would help with automation on iPhone greatly. Thank you.

The app only worked at the start. After a few months, some panels work and some don’t. After repair, again all was good at the start then after 2 weeks, some panels work and some don’t with the Legate app again. Same problem using Google Home. In the end the zips can only be controlled with the remove control, and even then, the blinds sometimes can’t even close fully.

The app is not working well with gate.. data does not sync… no proper guidance on the usage of lock for both gate and door… disappointed.. install and hackcare.. no after sales service at all..

Quite disappointed that their ziptrack does not work with Google home at all, even though their sales keep telling me it does when they are introducing the product. Only found out after installing and test with Google home.

There is a lack of documentation on how to get this working with different devices and also how to pair/unpair the device.

my zip track worked with google home perfectly at the start, but couple of weeks later it worked on and off. and now it totally doesn’t work anymore. google home is synced and detects the products but cannot activate them
