Update Total Failure!
I’ve been at this app for 2 years and many in-app purchases. So they did a complete upgrade in the past week and have lost all of my account. Attempts to rectify and regain my account still are not done after 5 days. If you’ve played the game you know what that means to my character status. I would have given this a solid 4-5 prior to this week for reliability and game play. Geesh guys give me my game back.
Worst customer service
I have lost my old account when I updated the app. I contacted the customer service and they are no help at all. They respond back once every 24hrs or more and they kept saying they transferred everything to my new account but I still don’t see anything transferred. It’s been almost 10days and still going nowhere. Just scam to get people money
Last update won’t load game.
Was enjoying the game but the latest update won’t run on my phone.
Legend City
Did the in game update and couldn’t get into the game anymore. Very buggy. Played for almost two years and now can’t get to my account.
What happened?
I did the update and now it goes to the login page and just spins. I’ve been waiting for about thirty minutes and the game will not boot up. I’ve enjoyed the game until now. I use iPads to play it and both just spin and the game doesn’t load the game to play. Thank you,

Last year I had trouble loading game after awhile I quit trying. Randomly I tried again recently just to find out I spent a lot of cash back then and was always in top 5 now I’m at the bottom, no big deal but nothing is random, the game decides who gets 6* agents in drawings and who gets the better items. Almost like it decided who to keep at the top, and if your not at the top it’s impossible to get rewards that help advance your progress, unless you go back to spending tons of real cash. And the ads are not random in flip game , I have gotten the same things every time. Not worth watching ads
Mediocre
I first started this game it was exciting but as time went on it started getting monotonous. You checked in and had to follow the same steps everyday to be able to have money and supplies. Whenever you want to upgrade something you have to follow the same steps. This game has potential but no variety. Maybe if things are changed around I will try it again in the future.
