Seriously need to check your update issue, I’m not the only one.

Restarted my account out of nowhere and reset everything. Such a waste of time!

Liked this game a lot. Took a break from playing and after updating, all my progress was lost. Very frustrating.

Game was great until last update. I lost all my game data. I had been playing it for 130 days. For same!!!!!!

I just did the newest update and it literally started me over. I have all my friends from my friends list but have literally been kicked back to lvl 1 and have lost all my armor.

Bought the monthly pass and the update deleted my account. Had it for less than one day. Rip off

This last update wiped everything back to square one. All weapons, levels and unlocks have disappeared and I m back to level one…please fix this.

Every couple of months the developers delete your game data and you have to start over again. Why would anyone want to buy game data if they are just going to restart your game and leave you to start all over again. Highly recommended to choose a different game.

Love the game but the new update makes it so you’re back to level one and the entire screen flashes.
