Unable to play. Crashes immediately after purchase season pass. Cannot play anything but the first intro level

This app keeps on crashing on our ipad pro just after a few minutes of playing. Any app support to resolve this issue?

It goes black and then send me back to the Home Screen
Game crashes on chapter 1
First time starting it, asks me for my age. I enter that but the keyboard never disappears. Ok a game restart sorts that out. But now 2 minutes into the game I enter this portal to start chapter 1, and it struggles to load a movie clip then crashes me out of the game every time…. So yea. Can’t play the game :( Devs. Please fix this.
Broke when we paid!
My 9 year old used his pocket money to buy the “All content season pass”, then the game stopped working. Levels begin, then there’s dialog behind a blank screen for a minute, then the app crashes and kicks us out. Please either fix it immediately or give the poor kid his money back! On iPad.
