i did all 30 days for all of the apps and i look like a whole new person, 5 stars they deserve it!
This app is amazing, I love it so much. Today is my first day and I just finished my exercise and my legs are already feeling like they are stronger. They were right about stronger legs in 30 days. When Im finished with my 30 days I could dunk on a 10 foot basketball rim. I know this is a short review but there’s nothing else for me to say. Just that this app is amazing and I love it.🤩😀

The best
Started this app in September ahead of the winter season in December. I was noticeably fitter and stronger, which really helped my riding. I was able to stay on the hill for longer than my mates, when last year the opposite was true.
The app is very user friendly. The exercises are fun and I can do them at home.
