Merging scans has worsen a lot. Also crashes often. Please improve it soon

Excellent update, review worthy!

Out today scan three scans on Hi-Rez seem to connect OK to the BLK and also download the data so it looks like they fixed some bug was it wasn’t connecting and dropping. I was triggering everything from the app though the last time I used it, I could not download the data from the BLK G1 onto the app if I triggered it by the push button. I’ll try that again on this version and see if it’s still doing the same thing it did before

This new update will kill your battery in a few hours. My iPad would last all day with the previous app, but since the update (7/2022), my iPad need to be connected to a power source all day.

Tens of thousands for the RTC and Cyclone and still have to pay the yearly subscription to use this app, where remote activation of the instrument is critical. Also does not connect to iPhone 12 or 13 as I’ve tried so far.

This app crashes like crazy and has many glitches - and has for years. While it’s worlds better than Recap, know that you will still have headaches using Field 360.

You would think this app would be robust - think again. Leica yet again fails to provide a software that isn’t plagued with bugs, and their support team is clueless and always willing to make excuses.

The app keeps crashing when I connect to the scanner, happens all the time now.

We’ve been using our Leica BLK360 scanner for years with lots of success. Following Autodesk’s decision to stop support Recap Mobile however has made our scanner nearly useless, solely due to this application’s constant crashing and lack of support. The app crashes at almost every scan, cannot hold a connection to the scanner despite being 10ft away, and now I can’t even get the app to open on our iPad, losing two weeks of registration efforts. Needs serious work.
