The app is too hard to use if you have a membership and want to change your membership and you enter your email it comes up this email is already registered and you can’t move on through the app it is so frustrating I’m not one of those people who have more than email address so how do you get another membership if your already registered please advise thank you
I am trying to register my account .A message keeps appearing saying terms and conditions not accepted- but there is nowhere to accept terms and conditions. I'm going round in circles.

With new technology you always have little hiccups but I find it grand all good and good App
Once you login you shouldn’t have to keep doing it as you move around the site. I found that when I wanted to upgrade from gym and swim to use the spa as well, the site wanted to take a prorated amount out of my account equivalent of paying for the month twice.
When I try to register I get a message saying already registered. Then when I try to book a class, the message says email not recognised, help!
Padding and margins on some screen could be better. The profile section has it hard to see the save button. The list of membership deals could be a lot more concise or laid out better.
Impossible to register on this app, unable to accept terms and conditions as not shown on the page and scrolling down does not work very disappointed
