I have been streaming LEKfit for 4yrs; last year been really committed to the workout. And has my body gotten stronger and I can see the body composition changing! Never have issues with streaming The Sound is great clear picture never issues with buffering. Do the daily drops. She has other stuff on there as well if you can’t commit to the full daily drop. You will have to get some equipment but it’s a lot cheaper than a lot of the memberships out there. Love love this work out love the music love the energy love that when you’re watching a Stream class it’s a class that she has pre-recorded the day before, so you feel like you’re part of the class! Give it a shot you won’t regret it.

I’ve been a runner, a yogi, done Pilates, spin… everything! Finding LEKFIT was a life changer for me. I LOVE the workouts, my knees can take it because I use the trampoline. I feel incredible after and I’ve seen more body differences in strength than ever before.

Almost impossible to have a seamless workout without frustrating search bar drama when the edits/jump cuts or you need to see a move done before starting the reps. This is a new update that has made the app almost unplayable.

LEKFIT is by far one of the best rebounder workouts I’ve tried. However, I’ve had a hard time getting on board with this workout because of the vibe. I just listened to a few podcasts where Lauren was a guest and I have a newfound respect for her. Lauren is approachable, well spoken, intelligent and independent. She is also a Believer, faith-based and family based, which I completely appreciate. It’s apparent that Lauren has worked very hard to create and evolve something unique in the fitness space and everyone should give LEKFIT a chance.
