I have been using this app on my ipad for the past year with no issues. It is simple and intuitive. However, this latest version eliminated landscape layout. So it is now really a hassle on my ipad since i have a keyboard cover and never rotate my ipad to portrait mode. Please fix this issue. For one of your valued customers :)
Why add DebtIQ to the navigation if it doesn’t work?
So I setup an account and deposited money but you get a email saying it will take a few days for them to setup the account. Well when you log in on the website it keeps asking for name and social and then it sets up another account. So now I have several accounts with money in it. When you try to log into the app it gives errors like your information isn’t there. Even after resetting password same thing. Beginning to think this app is a scam and I lost my money forever.
None of my documents will load it’ll just say there was a login error. The customer service chat never loads either.
Been banking here for YEARS since it was Radius. The app never loads up to date information on the first try. You have to force close the app and go back in 90% of the time to see an updated list of transactions. Other times, you’ll log in and it will show a $0.00 balance which set me into a panic the first few times it happened. Please add card notifications to the app . At least radius had a separate app that allowed for it. I love my bank account, I just loathe the app!
I’ve been on the app now for a few years. It’s not often do I need to take out physical money from my bank account. When I do, I look on the app at the “ATM locator” to find a bank to get my money from. Since there are no physical banks for Lending Club you have to use banks that listed in the app to deposit and remove money without a fee. What I found out is that many of the banks listed on the app don’t work with Lending Club. Some of the bank managers of these other banks are not even aware of the connection with Lending Club. I have called Lending Club to get help and it’s over a month and I still haven’t heard anything about the issue being resolved. I once had to pay $4 to take my money out of my account from another bank because the bank listed on the app says I can use it but I can only deposit money. This is very inconvenient and I don’t wish to have to pay a fee whenever I want to remove money, as well as walk all over the place to find a bank that actually works with Lending club as stated in the app. I am looking to move on now to another bank.
Currently, you only have the payment option to “pay principal only” or to “make upcoming payment due” or “Other” with a catch. Using this option states that any amount OVER what's due will be paid towards the remaining principal balance. Any amount UNDER what's due will go towards the remaining principal balance, and you will still have to pay your minimum monthly payment. Please add or change the “other” option or add a separate option to make a partial payment towards the monthly payment. Some people like the option to split their monthly payment in half for various reasons.
Since I couldn’t find any other way of submitting a bug report, here it is. When getting to the Accounts screen, when you select CleanSweep from the options, it pops up momentarily trying to load but immediately crashes back to the Accounts screen. I have to login on the website in order to do anything with my CleanSweep account. Everything else seems to be working fine as far as I can tell. Thank you.
I love this on line bank. Moved from Chase where I had my savings for years with no interest, I’m making more that 4% here. The only think I don’t like is they don’t work with Zele. I use Zele a lot, so I had to keep my old checking with Chase just for that.
