Always have Error “Internet connection is not available”. Always cannot log into the app. Nothing ever changed after 1 year. Don’t know what are the updates for.

JEM used to be my favorite mall when it was so easy to claim points with submitted receipt but in the past 1 year, Landlease have been constantly rejecting clear, valid receipt and refuse to honour their reward system for eligible spend in their mall. These are usually for big ticket items where you can earn points. Receipt up to hundreds are rejected for unknown reasons when using their app. When I went to the customer service counter in the mall, I was told the receipt is valid but I have to submit via app, yet app rejected my receipt. Since then I have stopped scanning receipt & shopping at JEM unless it's only avialable there. Capitaland system has improved and now I get my points credited automatically by using a linked credit card. I find myself visiting and spending at Westgate & IMM malls more frequently these days. Thanks Landlease for your dishonest reward system, I now visits other malls besides JEM.

Need to manually upload receipts to earn points. Points are not credited or shown afterwards. Waste of time.

This pathetic excuse for an app is only tolerable due to the vouchers being offered. The login and registration process is an absolute nightmare, a complete waste of time. After enduring the torturous registration, the app has the audacity to refuse to load. Even the website is a joke, as logging in is an impossible task. With a $200 voucher on the line, I'm forced to subject myself to this garbage. The developer is clearly a brain-dead moron who has no business attempting to create anything. Their lack of foresight and incompetence is astounding. This app is a complete and utter failure, a stain on the industry. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy having your time and money flushed down the toilet.

The app version history was updated 2 days ago. The screen is frozen. I cannot upload my receipt, is there a work around way?

wont let me log in again despite changing my password 5 times.. even reinstalled it but it wont work.

Horrible experience. Can’t even pay for my bill full price at the merchants, can’t scan receipts. Very inflexible, don’t expect rewards from spending at their malls, just be prepared to have your money trapped in their e-wallet. Can’t wait to use up the vouchers I bought and close off the app, a waste of time!
