Your ‘One-Stop’ Lenovo app
Lenovo app brings you support for your Lenovo PC, tablet, and data center products. Find solutions, view your warranty status, troubleshoot and optimize your Lenovo products, find your nearest service provider, check your repair status, and more. Lenovo app can be installed on any iOS device.
Service
• Use our Service Provider Lookup feature to find your nearest service provider’s contact and location information. Then use the app to open a service ticket (available for select countries and products).
• Check your product repair status (available for select countries, PC products only).
• Check your Lenovo device’s warranty status, and update your warranty end date by scanning proof of purchase documentation and submitting to our agents (available for select countries and products).
• Chat with one of our knowledgeable agents from within the app (India only).
• Find solution articles and videos to help you use your device more effectively and troubleshoot problems.
• Access Lenovo’s Support website and Community Forums.

The Lenovo app has a lot of issues. The orders and rewards link always gives an error message. This is happening with you being signed in to your account! 😡😡😡
Access Denied
Was directed to this app via link from their website. Upon logging in, it shows access denied when I try to look at my orders or profile. Total junk! Will be cancelling my $1300 order, lost trust in Lenovo.
Not working
This app won’t let me sign on now. It used to work, but now I can’t get past the login screen. What a piece of crap.
NO SHIPPING DATE IN SITE!!!
Beware!! Lenovo has HUGE - months and months shipping delays! Do not believe their descriptions that say products will be delivered in 4-9 days, it is an outright lie!! What they don’t tell you is that is the delivery time oF 4-9 days is ONLY AFTER the shipping company has it. Lenovo itself is not able to deliver any products literally for months after you place your order.
Slow
The app is very slow and inconsistent. Sometimes you can’t pull up something that you were able to 10 mins ago.

They're stealing your money!!! First, they withdraw money at the time of purchase, and then withdraw it again after a few days!!! They are thieves! I paid for the laptop on order 4600961541 and the money was withdrawn from me immediately! At the time of placing the order. 06/03/2021. Why this morning 06/10/2021 are you making a repeated money withdrawal for the same order? The app works very poorly I can't even send a complaint
Terrible warranty support
I sent in my Lenovo Flex 5 for warranty repair 7 weeks ago and have checked for an update on the app and website continuously. Despite calling in four times, no status updates have ever been posted and I’m still without a laptop. If you depend on your laptop, I would not recommend Lenovo based on this terrible experience.
