Control your heating products conveniently from your smartphone using the free app. Whether it be heat vests, socks, gloves, vests, pant or soles - with the Lenz heat app, the heat setting of the lithium packs can be regulated quickly and without complications. Additionally, it provides an overview of the current charge level of all the lithium packs. This is perfect if the heating product is under several layers of clothes.
Advantages of the app:
EACH LITHIUM PACK CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY
Each of the connectible lithium packs can be set to a different heat level so you get just as much heat as you need everywhere.
INTERVAL FUNCTION
Heating and pause times can be set individually with the interval function, which extends the lithium packs’ lifetime.
LED-OFF:
If the LEDs glow through a thin item of clothing, they can be deactivated. The heat output remains set as defined in the app.
ORDER FOR THE LITHIUM PACKS
Coloured rubber rings are delivered with the lithium packs. These help you to distinguish entire “battery pairs” from each other or to distinguish the batteries that are purposely to be used on the left and on the right. You can assign the colour of the rubber rings to the batteries in the app.
LED SYSTEM:
The Lenz LED system 1.0 can also be controlled with the app. Different colours, lighting modes and brightness levels can be set.

- Bluetooth 4.0 (SMART ready)

App use
The new app does not allow for complete battery shutdown. This drains the batteries constantly. Previous versions allowed user to completely shut down the battery which extends battery charge.
App is failing the product
The app has so many bugs, it crashes often but my main frustration is that every time I open it it resets my socks to off. I also wish I knew how much battery time I had left (if kept at current settings). I agree with other reviews there should be an Apple Watch app so I can quickly change settings.
Only keeps the heaters in for 15-30 min
The heaters work for up to 30 minutes. After that somehow they magically turn off and I have to dig out the app to turn them back on. Why? No one knows. Pretty frustrating for a $300+ product.
Frustrating
I can get the new app to pair to my iPad but not iPhone. Totally frustrating and impractical!
App crashes every time.
This app opens and functions, then it crashes ever time you go to use it. Another reviewer mentioned Apple Watch functionality and also presenting percentage of battery level, these are desirable.
App is non-functional
Will not connect to heat packs.
Can’t connect
Can only connect one battery pack. The old android version from 5 years ago was better and simpler.
Lenz heat app ( socks )
I love this product BUT I wish it had an app for Apple Watch. It’s very difficult while skiing to keep digging out your phone. Seems like a simple thing to do and would make this product much more user friendly for outdoor sports. I would have given this product 5 stars but can’t get over the fact that there is no watch app.
