Worst User Experience Ever
Not just this app but the whole customer loyalty experience is beyond belief. Bad connectivity at their end (nothing wrong with every other app) means constant error messages while trying to create an order, with actions interrupted by messages asking if you want to continue. I am in the shop but I have to use the app if I want to use a discount code (because it’s not accepted at the till or at the kiosk) and selecting for collection as soon as possible means that the collection time becomes invalid while I am entering my card details, which causes the app to crash. Constant interruptions to upsell with sides make ordering three mains really difficult (while losing signal and getting prompts of imminent end of the session). There are not enough discounts that will ever make me want to go through this again. 30 minutes inside an empty shop, re-entering the order 4 times and my card details twice, when I could have just gone at the till and paid in five minutes.
