The welcome bonus was never applied, everytime I tried to inquire about it I was told “there is nothing we can do, you will receive a follow up email in 24-48 hours” …. It has been just over a month and I have yet to recieve even a follow up email. This site will also change the selections you have made in your bets, after you have placed the bet and when inquiring about this in the live chat they tell you to wait for an email (that also you will never receive) This website is full of fraud and scams. Much better off using one of their many competitors that actually care about their customers and will have an actual human being speak to you when issues arise. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Easy platform to navigate and has better odds on most sports then other sports books.

I’ve been fighting with customer service for days to withdraw my winnings, sent so much paperwork to validate I am the owner of MY OWN DEBIT CARD and they still won’t approve my withdrawal. I’ve been battling with customer service both over the app and through email, now suddenly after getting frustrated in an email no one can respond?
